Discover the Wonders of Glacier National Park with Glacier Institute’s Educational Wildlife & Nature Programs.

As the official education partner of Glacier National Park and Flathead National Forest, we offer a diverse range of field courses and educational programs designed to deepen your understanding of this remarkable ecosystem.

Our programs are held year-round, primarily have an on-trail component for the day, and are often based out of our Field Camp, the original location of the Glacier Institute nestled next to the Wild and Scenic Flathead River, and just inside the West entrance of Glacier National Park. Whether you’re interested in alpine mammals, wildflowers, birding by ear, or geology, our expert naturalists provide engaging, hands-on experiences that inspire curiosity and foster a connection to nature.

Field courses are open to both Glacier Institute members and the public, with members enjoying exclusive benefits like discounted rates and access to select members-only programs. Explore the park’s natural wonders, expand your knowledge, and support the mission of outdoor education.
