July 19 at 9 a.m.

Instructor: Ellen Horowitz

Join us for a transformative nature connection experience in the heart of Glacier National Park, where you’ll engage in both nature journaling and forest bathing. This immersive class is designed to help you slow down and deepen your connection to the natural world by focusing on the present moment and using all of your senses. Through guided journaling exercises, you’ll reflect on your observations, thoughts, and emotions, while the practice of forest bathing will encourage you to fully immerse yourself in the sights, sounds, smells, and textures of the forest environment. Whether you’re a seasoned naturalist or a first-time nature observer, this course will help you tap into the restorative power of nature, fostering mindfulness and a renewed sense of wonder.
