Tours meet at 320 Nucleus Ave, Columbia Fall at 8:30 am and return at 4:30 pm

Four Options Each Day

Hidden Lake Overlook

Hidden Lake Overlook is one of the must-see highlights in Glacier National Park. This program will spend time discussing the incredible geology of the area while traveling along the Going-to-the-Sun road corridor. 

Total Distance (roundtrip): 3 miles / Total elevation gain: 550 feet

Highline Trail

This is the ultimate hiking experience! The Highline is arguably Glacier National Park’s most famous trail. Departing from Logan Pass, this trail leads you through some of the most scenic vistas in the lower 48, all while in view of billion-year-old geological features.

Total Distance (roundtrip): 8 miles / Total elevation gain: 825 feet

Avalanche
Avalanche Lake

Join us on one of the most popular hikes in Glacier National Park! After traveling up to iconic Logan Pass, we will venture back down the Going-to-the-Sun Road towards Lake McDonald. We will begin our mid-day educational hike at the lush Trail of the Cedars trailhead. We will continue climbing along the Avalanche Lake trail.

Total Distance (roundtrip): 5 miles / Total elevation gain: 730 feet

Complete GTTS Road

This is your complete Going-to-the-Sun Road educational experience! Along the road, we will have chances to stop and learn at such iconic sites like: Lake McDonald, Trail of the Cedars, Bird Woman Falls,  Weeping Wall,  Logan Pass, Jackson Glacier Overlook, Sun Point, and Rising Sun.

Total Distance (roundtrip): Less than 1 mile / Total elevation gain: minimal
